Region Based User Access in Arcsight logger 7.3

Hello All,

There is a requirement from customer to customize the user accounts based on the regions. Access should be limited to the respective region and he should not be able to access other regions. As per the detailed check and confirmation from Opentext support team, this feature is not exists in logger and need to raise a new enhancement request to include the same. Request your support in acheiving this requirement.

Thanks for your suggestion.. Actually this won't satisfy our need. Simply creating a group and adding users to this group is not our requirement.

The requirement is as below:

We have around 170+ devices belong to WTR region and respective regions users should only have the access to these devices. These devices should not be accessible to any other region's users.

There are 4 regions called WTR, ETR, STR and NTR regions. Please suggest us to meet this requirement.

Hello Ananthashesha,

But what if you are creating new Groups ( with names of Regions) based on the action that the user must take?

This does not cover the scenario that your customer needs?
