PSQL database rebuild on ArcSight Logger 7.4

Long story short, I wanted to create a series of users on my two Logger software appliances by utilizing ArcMRC bulk association, however this seems to have corrupted the user management on the appliances, here are the list of issues:

1. I can't reset the password on existing or new accounts using the temporary password generated and sent to the email.

2. The admin account is the only account working on both appliances.

3. When I have changed the password on the console of an account, it doesn't accept it at logon and returns password error message.

4. I have to tick the box "use local authentication" every time I logon using an admin password (However I have Logger appliance 7.2 version which doesn't require me to do that when I logon).

Just to note, this is not an issue with the LDAP server, because before I did the bulk association, accounts I have manually created on the Logger appliances were able to logon perfectly fine up before the association.

I have a Logger appliance which was not part of the original bulk association process currently installed in the Cloud that works perfectly fine with the LDAP server.

I believe the psql database is possibly corrupted, is it possible to rebuild the database alone or will the entire appliance need a rebuild (which I want to categorically avoid).

N.B - Logger appliances have just recently upgraded from 7.3 to 7.4, however it did not fix the problem.
