False positive report in VirusTotal

Hi there,

I'm a manager for Squarespace and I work on the Bio Sites product.
Virus total has been flagging us as Suspicious for a while. (reference)

I checked multiple threads in the forum where people mention not being able to report this in any effective way, so I'm starting a discussion here hoping that someone will help with this matter.
