Manager receipt time is one hour less than the time in our time zone

Hello.


It turned out to be a problem specifically for the Linux system, that the manager receipt time is one hour less than the current time. (By Linux I mean ArcSight console installed on Ubuntu). If the console is on Windows, then there is no such problem.

Checked the time zones for the system with the console and for the ESM

What could be the problem and how to solve it?

    Hello Bohdan, 

    make sure that the Linux, Ubuntu, has the expected timezone.

    also, keep in mind that Supported operating systems for the ArcSight Console are 


    -  RHEL 7.9, 8.8, and 9.2
    -  CentOS 7.9
    -  SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 15 Service Pack 5
    -  Rocky Linux 8.8 and 9.2
    -  macOS Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma
    -  Windows Server 2022
    -  Windows 10 Enterprise (including patches)

    honestly, no idea what the outcome will be running the console under Ubuntu.

    Please try Rocky Linux if you are looking to run the console on a free Linux environment.
