ArcSight Logger file upload issue for upgradation

Hi Team,

I am upgrading ArcSightlogger from 7.0 to 7.2 and below path is suggested by support team.

ArcSight Logger: 7.0.0.8280.0 -> 7.0.1.8316 -> 7.2.0.8372
(RHEL 7.7) (RHEL 7.7) (RHEL7.9)
Notice: after upgrade to 7.0.1 -> upgrade the OS to 7.9 first -> Upgrade logger to 7.2.0

Files:
7.0.1: logger-8316.enc
RHEL 7.9: osupgrade-logger-rhel79.1-20210430111327.enc
7.2.0: logger-8372.enc

to upgrade to 7.0.1:
1. Log into Logger and click System Admin >System > License & Update.
3. Browse to the logger-8316.enc file you downloaded previously and click Upload Update.
The ArcSight License & System Update page displays the update progress. Once the upgrade is
complete, Logger reboots automatically.
4. Make a configuration backup immediately after the upgrade is complete. For instructions, refer to the
Logger Administrator’s Guide of the Logger version you are currently running.


to upgrade to 7.2:
To upgrade a Logger Appliance locally:
1. Log into Logger and click System Admin >System > License & Update.
2. Upgrade your OS as appropriate. If you are upgrading an L7600 or L7700 series appliance,
deploy the OS upgrade by using the file:
osupgrade-logger-rhel79.1-20210430111327.enc
3. No preupgrade file needs to be downloaded for 7.0 version or later. For upgrades prior
than the 7.0 version, download the preupgrade-logger-20210212.enc file and click
Upload Update.
4. Look for the logger-8372.enc file you previously downloaded and click Upload Update.
The ArcSight License & System Update page displays the update progress. Once the
upgrade is complete, Logger reboots automatically.
5. Make a configuration backup immediately after the upgrade is complete. For instructions,
refer to the Logger Administrator’s Guide of the Logger version you are currently running

Issue - When I am uploading .enc file to the logger. It showing progress but after 15 minutes it is getting logged out and when I am logging in again then the upload process is not showing. I tried many times but facing same issue. I opened support case for this. Need your suggestion here.
