ArcSight Platform ITOM portal login page is not accessible

Hi All ,

  When we try to Arcsight Platform ITOM portal , it is showing us blank page. All pod status are showing as running. If anyone had faced this issue , please let know how to fix this.

  In one of the discussions , asked to delete cdf-apiserver pod under core namespace. We tried this but still no luck.

    Hi there,

    If this occurs again, before deleting the pods, you can try starting an Incognito or InPrivate browser session and retry.

    Sounds like a dumb suggestion, but you would be surprised how often this resolves the blank page issue.

    If I had the time I'd dig into precisely what causes this but alas, back to work on the other stuff!
