   Issue got fixed for me. Server was reboot during patching post which all pods are in running state and then I am able to see the ITOM login page and able to access the SOAR UI.

Can you please share more detailes? I have the same problem/bug to Platform 23.5.0.5. When I try to acces reconfigure page from ITOM Portal, it,s blank and is not working. You have applied a patch or something? Restart to the entire cluster seems to not working for me. Thank you!

I've run into the same problem before.
What I usually do is check if the response message is showing an HTTP status code 500.
If it is, just delete and remake the suite-conf-pod-arcsight-installer-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXX, and that should fix it.

If this occurs again, before deleting the pods, you can try starting an Incognito or InPrivate browser session and retry.

Sounds like a dumb suggestion, but you would be surprised how often this resolves the blank page issue.

If I had the time I'd dig into precisely what causes this but alas, back to work on the other stuff!
