ScanCentral DAST webinspect sensor "ScannerWorkerService" not starting

Hi,

I have configured Webinspect sensor and created sensor service with admin log on. The service is not starting, getting the following error "Error 1053: The Service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".

I have tried changing timeout settings through registry by giving value 300000 decimal. But service is not starting. Could someone please help me out with this?
