Support lifecycle ?

I Just received an e-mail with the new support lifecycle times and it struck me that the support cycle is extremely short.

How are we to keep up with this if after every release things seem to be broken at some point and there is a hotfix or update needed?

(for example 6.4.3 is released but appears to have eDirectory SSL issues)

And eDirectory 9.2 support ending on jan 2025 with a release date of its successor 9.3 which is scheduled for q4 2024.. this is not serious right ?

What is opentext up to ?

Also, how are we supposed to find out about AAF version 6.4.3? the documentation page only shows up to version 6.4.2.1 and an online update doesn't seem possible as it does not show this version in the patch window.

Hello Wouter,

About this, Development is working on the needed fixes to apply to 6.4.3 and re-release it as soon as possible.

There is not a release date yet, but they are working and testing the fixes as we speak.
