Custom Help link does not work

We want a custom help link for our users, configured here:

the link is working in the admin and the old user portal, but in the new enrollment portal it is still the factory default link displayed.

Looked into osp-custom-resources.jar branding file, but also no luck.

Any Ideas where to change that link in the new portal?

This looks like a known defect. See Unable to change the Documentation URL in the New Enrollment Account Portal
