Cluster sync issue between 2 site

Hi

We have 2 sites in cluster, prod site has one global master and one web server and other DR site has one DB master and a DB server. But we dnt see a sync happening between prod site and DR site whenever we do a change on the global master, no auto sync happens in the DB master. Shouldn't it fetch the configuration change from global master and apply it to DB master server /DB server?
