Privileged Account Manager RDP rule error

Hi all,

I'm creating a RDP rule with PAM of Opentext, the version of PAM is 4.4.0, i follow all the steps of Documentation and i can see the rule and the resource from myaccess section.

If i press the button "launch" near the RDP icon, it start to download and than i can launch the session, after few minutes appear this error:

If i try to start RDP to this machine from my local computer, it start well without problems, but i don't see reports from PAM console as if the session does not even started.

I think you have created this in the wrong forum. This is AAF, not PAM.
