Hello and thank you for the answer.

1st when i upload the file .jar i receive the message of "Policy Custom Branding has been saved".

when i see the log files inside the adv auth i see this :

Request failed|1|p=102

I was wrong, the version is 6.4.0 not the 6.4.1

My advice is to open a ticket with Technical Support at this stage.

They can analyze the file, do a remote session, see the logs, etc. 

It would be much faster that way that through this forum.

Ok thank you the same. I see now in other community that it could be a bug in this version of AA (6.4.0). I will try to upgrade it.

Of course, upgrading is always recommended.

Hi Luciano, the upgrade from version 6.4.0 at 6.4.2 solved the issue.
