After upgrade to 6.4.2, some user login to show error

Hi All

    At previous item that I ask upgrade to 6.4.2 then occur user portal show "internal Server Error"

now I add a record on DNS Server to fix such error (thanks everyone's  support.)

But now some user belong AD repository to login user portal....he get a error like below and could not list his method.

Who had saw this error message ? could kindly provide suggestion to me ??

    Hello Wencheng,

    I see you have an ongoing ticket with Technical Support on this issue. This seems related to a known defect OCTCR56A460042.

    Let's wait for the engineer to complete the troubleshooting and hopefully provide a HF, if possible.

    Hello Herwin,

    Not for public access. It's all for internal use by Development and Technical Support.

    Once a release is out the documentation will note the known issues for that specific release, but that's all there is for public access.
