    Hi Luciano,

    Thanks for pushing that, the only thing the technical support provided as a solution so far is to update to 6.4.2

    We've just updated our servers to the latest versions, but the problem still persists.

    Hello Arndt,

    I am sorry but I can't do much else from here, TS is aware of the issue and is working together with Development on this.

    Any feedback you have for TS is being considered and send back to Development.

    I checked the ticket and yes, this should be fixed in 6.4.2. If that is not the case then we still need to understand why.
