Advanced Authentication External URL

Dear Community,

We have installed cluster of two AA servers (aa.domain.si and aa2.domain.si) and configured load balancing over Access Manager URL aa.domain.si. Both servers are available over AM, ut the thing that keeps happening is an error when we are trying to access aa2.domain.si over AM. The login windows shows fine on aa.domain.si, but when we enter the username it redirects browser to aa2.domain.si.

We have configured "Public external URLs" to "aa.domain.si" as <default> option and we can see this settings on both administration consoles. We checked this since we suspected replication errors, but does not seem to be any since all visible configuration is the same.

Is there anything else, that might should have been set and could have an impact on this?

    Hello Sebastian,

    I think we will need more information to understand this setup. How was this exactly installed and configured? How was the cluster installed and configured in detail?

    Could this be an issue with NAM and not AAF? Can you provide a layout of the whole cluster/LB?

    Perhaps it would be better if you could open a ticket, it is too broad a topic to discuss in a forum format.
