How to use the SLAnalyzer

I have a support case and the tech(s) have indicated that I should try to use the SLAnalyzer.

Where and how do I use the SLAnalyzer?

I have replied back to teh technicians for the service request ticket; but, I have not heard anything back yet.

Hello,

Please take a look at this KB article on the topic:

The engineer in charge of the ticket should give you further details on how to obtain the information they need in SLAnalyzer by describing extra steps, etc.
