Trying to upgrade to 4.8 but no upgrade is available in the 9443 portal these steps will help to resolve this issue.

Environment

Self Service Password Reset appliance 4.7.0.2

Cause

Upgrading from 4.7.0.2 no update is available when you check the 9443 portal
