NetIQ Advanced Authentication 6.4.3.2

Situation

When the Windows client is upgraded to the latest version AA 6.4.3,  after they ran the installation and restarted the laptop, the control panel is showing that the laptop is running the latest version. But on the admin console endpoints screen, it's showing that it is showing that it's still running the previous version AA 6.3.6. 

Client log shows agent is already updated to 6.4.3 but not reflecting on UI.

Client is not communicating with the server at all. Even after a fresh installation the client still refuses to communicate and  displays internal server error.

The push notification method is not working, any online authentication methods are not working because the agent is not communicating with the server. Only cache logon is working and it is using TOTP. 

Cause

All modules in 6.4 SP2 is set default to TLS 1.3 .
