Situation
When we execute top command we see used memory in KiB Mem field is very high.

Cause
Additional third party software are installed and running on Advanced Authentication server which are not part of AA appliance. Installing third party software on an AA appliance server renders the appliance unsupported.

Resolution
Spin up a new AA appliance and, leave off any third party software. This is most efficient and reliable way to get to supported configuration if there are many non-default third party files.
