Situation
Steps to customize SMS OTP template

Resolution
Below is the default template. We will see it if we open the AA Administrative Portal - Methods - SMS OTP. But it's customizable. It shows: User {user} from {endpoint} login to {event} OTP: {otp}

The values inside {} are variables. We can modify the template to anything or can remove all variables, just requires to keep {otp} that will insert an OTP inside the message.

The other variable apart from the variables you see in the {} are not supported.
The text outside {} can be customized to hardcode any text. Some examples below can help to understand it better:

customer name: one-time password for multifactor authentication: {otp}
{user} is trying to login to {event}. Approve it by using the OTP: {otp}.
