Issues with GroupWise Web and Advanced Authentication

Ever since the latest update (6.4.3.1) users have a particular issue ONLY when logging into GW WEB with multifactor. Users type in their username/password to log in. On the next screen what WOULD be the "Advanced Authenticion Application" prompt (and subsequently where the push notification would happen un users phones), All users get is a white screen with a blue bar on top but never gets the push notification. This is intermittent. Users usually only have 2 options

1. Close the browser completely and try again (sometimes taking 4-9 tries)

2. Clear cache/cookies sometimes works to speed this up.

This again is intermittent as it can not happen for a while for a user and then it starts happening again. Any thoughts?

Please open a ticket with Technical Support as this will need log and browser traces analysis, etc.

We already have a ticket open with Tech support and log files have been submitted but still this is an issue.
