Trying to enable SMS with 6.4.2

I am currently trying to enable sms on netiq aa 6.4.2. The chain, event,method and repository are all in place. The SMS test works correctly but when trying to use SMS for a user no message is sent to Filr. I have tried to auth to AA directly and get no available authentication chain. Any pointers on how to debug this please ?

Can you please open a ticket with Support for this?

It may be necessary to do a remote session to check things, etc.
