User was failed to authenticate method in the middle of a chain

Hi Folks

I faced an issue regarding this Product Advanced authentication 6.3, this advanced authentication act as Radius server, this AA (Advanced Authentication) integrate with VPN Server, for every user vpn login he/she will login with 2FA but we have some issue when 1 of the user trying to login vpn the user can't authenticate the error syslog show

The strange is only this user (jhon_snow), is the one who can't authenticate with 2FA from VPN login, the other user is authenticate successfully. All the user is configured using Active Directory

Please help us regarding this issue

Hello Nico,

I can see you have opened a new ticket with support for this. That would have been my advice as there are some things to check first that go beyond this forum.

Please continue the troubleshooting with Technical Support within the ticket, but if any other customer or engineer wants to contribute to this thread we can leave it open, of course.
