Risk Setting Blank screen

Hi All,

Im new in NetIQ Advance Auth, currently im use AA of self demo but got issue on Risk Setting

Risk Setting is blank screen, anyone have same issue with me? Or my config is wrong?

Hello Rizal,

I suppose the license is correct, or you would be getting a message on that screen.

Is this the Global Master server, if this is a cluster configuration?

Hi Luciano,

License is correct and this is standalone im not configure global master yet

It could be the risk containers that have an issue. Can you ssh into the appliance and do a docker ps and /opt/aauth/start?

Did you upgrade this? If so, how exactly?

Hi Luciano,

This vm based, im deploy ISO AA only i dont deploy Risk container

What i need deploy risk server as a container?

Hello Rizal,

Can you please send us a screenshot of the results of a docker ps command on the appliance?

If the risk component is not installed, then you will not see anything there in the Admin UI.
