OATH TOTP hardware token - sha1 or sha256

I wonder if I should buy OATH TOTP hardware token with SHA1 or SHA256.

Did not find in AA documentation if both are supported.

Somewhere in the net I found statements that Google Authenticator only supports SHA1; if I enable Google Authenticator compatibility in AA this fixes length to 6 and time to 30 - now I wonder if this also fixes the algorithm to SHA1?

Does AA support to use both SHA1 and SHA256 at the same time?
