unable to open any user report from the helpdesk portal

After upgrading from 6.3.7 we are unable to open any user report from the helpdesk portal, see screenshot.
AAUTH Version: 6.4.1.1, Framework: 2.2.1.2

    Hello,

    Can you please open a ticket or service request with Technical Support? We will need to check the logs and the repositories for errors.

    There could be multiple causes.

    Are you seeing this error when accessing a web server?

    But working with technical support is the best way to go, as some commands may need to be run if the issue is related to re-indexing, etc.

    Hi Luciano,

    we've an open SR since 04/04/2023. The SR number is 02558307, but since today we have no relevant information or support on this case.

    Maybe you can have a look at this SR?

    Hello Arndt,

    Yes, I can see the ticket. It has been elevated to Development and I can also see there are other two customers also affected by this.

    I will contact Development to see if we can get any feedback. I have also contacted the TS engineer in charge of your case.
