When we Recompile a src member in TSO, it allows us to use the "List Library containing component" option. This lists all the promotion libraries where the component resides and we can choose right there from where we want to recompile. 
In the client pack it is not this simple. We have to do a component query first and see where the component is, so we can choose it for the recompile.
Making the Client pack work as it is in TSO would be very beneficial and easier.
