Display userid of person editing the same component in a package that you are trying to edit

If a developer edits a component in a package and a second developer tries to edit that same component in the same package, the second developer gets the following error message: COMPONENT IN USE. It would be nice if you then press F1, that you can see the userid of the developer who is editing that component.
