Network Virtualization 12.53 - Trial NV Vuser licenses not working

Had installed Network Virtualization as part of the LoadRunner 12.53 Community Edition Additional Component.

NV should havea 2 perpetual NV Vuser license. The version shipped with Vuser Day licenses as they expired after one day. 

HP have given me the run-around for two weeks now and keep passing me around to different departments, all of whom don't apparently deal with this.

Anyone else have this issue?
